Reservation and Cancellation
To confirm a booking for a stay in any kind of lodgement (apartments / rooms) at La Morella our guests have to make a earnest money corresponding to 30% of the total rate.
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung der Reservierung ist bis 10 Tage vor Anreise möglich. Bei Stornierungen weniger als 10 Tage vor Anreise behält La Morella den vollen Betrag ein.
In case of contemporary booking of more than one lodgement (apartment or room) at the time to make the deposit it will be identified every single amounts concerning the single lodgement. In case of partial cancellation they will be considered separately, too.
The cancellation request has to be made only via fax or via e-mail at the contact showed in the page “contact us“.
The refund will be made using the same payment method adopted to make the deposit (on the same credit card or bank account used to make the deposit )
Cancellations for a „not refundable“ rate: In case of cancellation, non arrival on the day (no-show) or modification, no refund is possible. The charge is a penalty and not a payment, it is not possible to occupy the room.
Arrival and departure
Accomodation is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask you leave to leave by 10.30 am on the day of departure, so that the property can be prepared for the next visitors.
In case of arrivals between 13.00 and 16.00 pm it would be appreciated a call for notice.
It isn’t allow arrival later than 19.00 pm.
Damages
Guests are answerable for any damages caused to rooms or apartments, and for any broken or missing objects.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Small dog and cats could be discretionally allowed with an extra fee of 30,00 €. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool opening is guaranteed from 20th May and till 10th October. Its opening period could be longer and it depends on climatic conditions and on seasonal trend.

Exceptions
Any exceptions of above mentioned rules have to be made in writing between the parts.
ATTENTION: guests confirming a reservation at La Morella declare to accept all above-mentioned conditions.
