The LA MORELLA
farmhouse offers to its guests an opportunity to experience the countryside, the
climate and the customs of the region of Campania.
It is
located in the plain where the Paestum temples rise, an area of exceptional
historical and archaeological interest, now famous for the production of
mozzarella (fresh cheese made from water buffalo milk) and fruit, particularly
peaches and apricots.
The
guests will find roomy comfortable apartments or double rooms with en suite
facilities, in the recently refurbished ancient building from the end of the
18th century, and a wide tree-lined park with swimming-pool. They will have the
chance to taste in our restaurant the home made products of the farm and the
typical specialties of the area. Those who are interested will be taken to visit
the biological garden and the other agricultural activities of the farm.

extremely favourable geographic position (7 km from the see, 3 km from the
motorway A3 and 1 km from the Montecorvino train station) makes of LA
MORELLA the ideal starting point for short car or train excursions to the most
interesting sites of Campania , such as Paestum (15 Km), Pompei, Herculaneum,
Amalfi, Positano, Salerno, Naples, and the volcano Vesuvius.
