We were 4 people and stayed for 1 week at the apartment Albicocca (July 2009). When reading the positive comments it is unfortunate to say that we had several remarks about our stay. The apartment was clean but we were disappointed about the furbishment. The exterior is nice but the interior could be better (why not furbish it typically Italian ?), it would also have been nice if there was a terrace (we felt we were misled by the photos on the website and thought we hired one with a terrace - btw : every apartment had one, ours didn't).
The bathroom had a nasty smell, there was practically no water in the shower available and in the kitchencabinet under the sink there was a gaz smell which we were not comfortable with. Only after 5 days we were able to take a shower with WARM water. We are sure the hosts had good intentions but they need to check that everything is OK before the guests arrive. We do not pay for a week's Vacation to visit the area and then have to spend it by visiting the office the whole time to complain. Upon departure the least they could have done was give us a commercial discount. We are sorry but we would not recommend this place to others.

We felt very sorry reading this comment.
We understand that the family Kockelkoren is still very angry with us for the problems they had with the boiler,
on which we take the full responsability, and for which we apologize again. Unfortunately it is not easy to foresee
in advance when a boiler will stop functioning.
We feel anyway that the comment is ungenerous under several aspects, and we are unable to understand

in our web site be misleading.
During the winter maintainance of the apartment we will certainly consider all the comments received and noted down in the course
of the year, also improving the furniture.
