Reservation and
Cancellation
To confirm a
booking for a stay in any kind of lodgement (apartments /
rooms)at La Morella our guests have to make a earnest money
corresponding to 30% of the total rate.
The cancellation request, making in an adequate advance, could
induce the partial or total refund of the deposit, in accordance
with the following conditions:
For request of
cancellations arrived till 60 days before the arrival date:
total refund
For request of cancellations arrived till 20 days before the
arrival date: 50% refund
After such period La Morella will keep the total amount.
The same principal
will be adopted for the penalty to pay if, owing to
circumstances beyond one's control, La Morella is forced to
cancel a reservation.
In case of contemporary booking of more than one lodgement (
apartment or room ) at the time to make the deposit it will be
identified every single amounts concerning the single lodgement.
In case of partial cancellation they will be considered
separately, too.
The cancellation request has to be made only via fax or e-mail
at the contact showed in the page contact
us .
Arrivals and
departure
Accomodation
is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask you
leave to leave by 10.30 am on the day of departure, so that the
property can be prepared for the next visitors.
In case of
arrivals between 14.00 and 16.00 pm and 19.00 and 21.00 it would
be appreciated a call for notice.
It isnt allow arrival later than 21.00 pm.
Damages
Guests are
answerable for any damages caused to rooms or apartments, and
for any broken or missing objects.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool
opening is guaranteed from 20th May and till 10th
October. Its opening period could be longer and it depends on
climatic conditions and on seasonal trend.
For further information about swimming pool opening we invite
guests to contact us.
Periods of stay
In season A we
accept weekly reservations only, from Saturday to Saturday.
Moreover, in season A it is possible to book rooms exclusively
in half board .
Exceptions
Any exceptions of
above mentioned rules have to be made in writing between the
parts.
ATTENTION:
guests confirming a reservation at La Morella declare to accept
all above-mentioned conditions. |
